 In my role as Sales Director CDW UK I was responsible for recruitment for CDW. We were expanding in headcount very rapidly and I dealt with a large amount of recruitment consultants. In this context, my biggest challenge was finding partners to deal with on an ongoing basis that could meet our demands.
